Questionnaire of Gigabyte factory tour

(1) What did you learn from the factory tour?

l  To be nice to the people and the community in “home” area is beneficial to the company as well. I want to have such a way of thinking.

l  I didn’t know that there are so many exports of PC products from Taiwan to Japan

l  I leaned real “manufacturing” in the front line by taking a look at the employees working diligently and efficiently.

l  Have a close look at all the process of making mother board, I learned how important to work in detail and have a good attitude to their work.

l  How Gigabyte supports local people and community

l  I learned the high efficiency and high quality of manufacturing products and its technology to achieve the goal.

(2) What was good in the factory tour?

l  Good to know how special Gigabyte is. People are all good in the company.

l  How fluent they speak foreign languages even though they are working in their own country.

l  It was a good experience to touch “hot” motherboard and know the process of making a package box.

l  The tour guide was kind and explained the process very much in detail.

l  Detailed and easy enough explanation that even university students can understand.

l  Because of the detailed step by step explanation of the manufacturing process with touch-and-try experience, I could easily grab the overview of mother boards’ manufacturing process very well.

l  The factory was clean and calm than I had imagined.

l  It was very nice to have the detailed explanation. It was also good for the tour guide to answer all of our questions courteously. DVD explanation before the factory tour made it easier to understand the whole process.

l  The atmosphere of the factory was calm and good. People are friendly.

l  Thank you for accepting us during such busy days.

l  It was good to take a close look at the products.

(3) What can be improved if you have to find any?

l  The presentation before the tour was too difficult for me.

l  It would be great if there is English brochure

l  The DVD movie was too fast. It would be better to stop in the middle and explain it more

l  It was noisy to hear the explanation during the tour. It is better if the instructor uses a handy speaker

l  I wanted a gigabyte’s brochure.
