I got to know a company called Gigabyte for the first time by this program. I understood the "Upgrade Your Life" of corporate philosophy showed a thought of the company which would like to live a life of people richer. Since the company has many customers of Japanese companies, I feel a high level of technical capabilities for this company. Since I had heard that Taiwan was strong in personal computer industry, this factory tour impacted on my experience. At the inspection of the production lines, a lot of women were working. I heard that the woman was fit to sitting down and working. I would like to know whether there are many women working similarly in Japan. Since a certain product close to me was seen in the company, it was impressed. This experience would lead to improvement in my motivation of graduation research of the school or a lesson. Thank you for allowing us to carry out such precious experience.

　　Gigabyte is the big company by which the name was known in Japan, and I was very interested. I could actually tour the factory and was allowed to carry out very precious experience this time. Thank you very much for accepting Japanese students, although you were very busy. In order to maintain high quality, the factory has used employees who have worked for more than five years. Thereby, the company has maintained the stable and high level production. I felt a high consciousness of the company for the stable production. There was a place where manufacture information is managed. All the worker, time, and places of production were managed by the serial number. I was very much surprised at the high volume information control. Also, I was surprised at a lot of women at the factory. I looked a process in which the mother board was actually being made. I looked a production line that electrical elements were rapidly being inserted on the boards. I understood it was necessary for fabricating one product that many machines and employees managing each work. It became very precious experience. Thank you very much.

　　At Gigabyte, we are asked to attach shoes-covers before entering the factory. I was impressed by it, and I thought this company was a very delicate company. In the factory, I was surprised very much by seeing, for the first time, many mother boards. I was hearing a little the name of the company for gaming PC etc. However, at this visit, I got to know that this company was making the mother board, for the first time. I actually looked at the size of the scale which was proud of a big share in Japan. The "Gigabi-Ko" of a mascot character has been distributed as a creator-stamp of the line in Japan. Since the stamp is very pretty, the name of the company is familiar to me. It was good opportunity to visit to this company.

　　Gygabyte is mainly developing the mother boards of the PC and the server. The main customers are the major company, such as Intel, AMP, Windows. Taiwan Gygabyte is manufacturing the mother board. Although many factories of Gygabyte were located in China, these days, the number of the factories in Taiwan has been increasing. Since the durations of the work of many employees at the factory in China are short, the level of labor skill, the operating ratio, and the manufacture efficiency fall. However, since there are many employees who will work for five years or more, the operating ratio and the manufacture efficiency are high at the Taiwan factory. It impressed me that the company had made effort to improve the quality very much. The factory divided the production process into an SMT process and a DIP process. We looked at the SMT process first. I felt the quick manufacture speed of the factory, seeing a machine and a person moving quickly. Since most workers were women, I was surprised. At the factory, the length of the hair, the taking air shower, and the using shoes-cover are ruled. The factory concentrated on the management of quality. At the DIP process, it seemed that there was more manual labors by people than a machine. The worker was working by attaching a wristband to an arm so that electrical static damage might not occur. Moreover, the workers are working tidily, its working speed is very quick and the working efficiency is high. What I was most surprised at was a Reflow process. It was good opportunity for me seeing the manufacturing process of the mother board currently used usually. Thank you for allowing us to visit the manufacture factory, although you are very busy.

　　It was a good experience for me to visit to Gigabyte. It was the first time that I visited here. My major is electronics engineering. I know a little what is the mother-board. But I didn't know how to design and fabricate it. This time, I was able, for the first time, to see the production line which was manufacturing mother board. By this visit, I have learned something. First, there were a lot of females working at the factory. I thought females were able to focus on manufacturing of the motherboards more than males. I was much surprised by knowing that there were a lot of foreigners who came from other countries, since I had thought Taiwanese companies hired only people from Taiwan. 　　I visited this company and felt two things. One thing is that there was many women's worker at the factory. Although male workers were also seen, there were many women at the manual labor process. Although I did not know why there were many women, they were performing very fine delicate work. Therefore, I thought the company employed many workers of women for their dexterous hands. Another thing is this company's trading with many major companies and selling the wonderful products all over the world. I have used a mother board, a graphics board, a gaming mouse, and a gaming pad, from this company. I did not know that the technology of this company was used by many companies, such as Intel, NEC, IBM, hp, Lenovo, and HITATHI. I would like to continue using more the products of this company. Furthermore, I would like to know more the state-of-the-art technology of this company. I could know much technology of this company and the corporate philosophy which turned its eyes to the world. I was able to spend very significant valuable time. This company gave the opportunity of experience precious to the student of a technical college. Thank you.

　　Gigabyte is developing and manufacturing the products required for various electric devices, such as a mother board, a graphics board of gaming PC, a keyboard, and a mouse. I thought that the special detailed contents of the product were amazing, although I was able to understand a little. At the factory, since the production line was actually seen, I thought that it was good experience. We have to drop dust by air blow, when going into a manufacture factory. In the factory, there are processes at which people are working, and processes at which machines are working. I thought there was a delicate process that the person only had to work. Although I did not understand in detail about the important apparatus in the PC or the PC, I was able to know various things through this visit, and was more interested in products. Thank you very much for accepting our visit and explaining a factory to us at busy time.

　　We have visited a factory which is making the products of Gigabyte. I was impressed by the machines and materials of high technology at the factory. I was impressed also by people who were working. People were earnestly engaging to their shared work. I was able to know how to make the products at the factory. I thought that people had responsibility in their work. It was very precious experience that I considered about what was important in the work and what was responsibility in the production.
